The Helpdesk Team provides one-to-one user incident & service request resolution remotely for workstation software, assisting in the configuration of workstation hardware, software and peripherals. They diagnose and resolve most network software and hardware issues. The Network Administration Ream maintains the network security and controls all Binzagr Co. systems.
